- Try faxing stuff to & from the computer, and if you have any problems,
- complain to PACBELL, and they would probably check out the line... they hate
- modems, but faxes are important to them... hmmmm.

- Also, disconnect every phone and ans machine, etc. that is attached to that
- line and try it again. Sometimes, malfunctioning equipment causes line
- probs.
